Hi Guys, The wife and I took a little 100 mile road trip this morning and 're-looked' at a little farm totally out in the middle of nowhere. Didn't see another blessed soul nor another vehicle of any kind for two solid hours, although we did spot one danged jackrabbit that seemed to be in charge of things. Dunno, with that kind of salesmanship, just might have to make an offer on that little piece of paradise. :>) Allan
