Tractor Quits After 20 Seconds

I have been battling with this for 2 years. I have a 1969 MM M670 Super gasoline tractor. First, tractor would not run smoothly when placed under load. Some of the fixes called for cleaning fuel tank, filter, fuel lines & carburator. This has all been done. Some of the fixes called for a new coil, points, condenser, spark plugs. This has all been done. Carburator removed, cleaned and new kit replaced. After putting the carburator back on, I now have the following problem: The tractor will start right up, ONLY as long as I have the choke pulled all the way out (closed)and the throttle more than half-way open. Try to push the choke in, it dies immediately. Leave the choke pulled out, the tractor runs for approximately 15-20 seconds, then dies. It sputters to a stop, but does so quickly. I can repeat this procedure over and over. When I am finished, gasoline is running out of the bottom of the carburator! For those 20 seconds, that tractor sounds GREAT, but it just doesn't last. I have adjusted the carburator until I am blue in the face, nothing works. I have now put two different coils on, both with the same results. I know I have posted this question previously, but I am not having any luck with the suggestions that have been made. I am open to ALL suggestions and welcome your thoughts. This is driving me absolutely CRAZY! Please help!!
