Hi Wayne, Boy you have hit something on the head! I honestly think the worse the driver, the easier they get their driver's license. I drove out to Carlinville, IL, about 350 miles this week to visit a college. I saw all of these things happen. I always try to get over, but sometimes you can't. I really hate it when someone is trying to pass me so I can't get over. I actually got stuck between two cars like that and had to slam on the brakes because neither would slow down. Honestly, I didn't see 5 highway patrolmen the whole trip. Something should be done because people drive like they're maniacs going to a fire. Oh well.
