Since we're venting...I ride US 1 from Princeton to New Brunswick and back every day and find that the trucks are just getting out of hand. Especially the garbage trucks running out of NY to Pa and back. We 4 wheelers are constantly dodging in and out to avoid the trucks. The physics of trucks is just so much different from cars! Eventually either cars or trucks gotta go! Maybe trucks should be limited to the 10PM-6AM slot so that car traffic can move better. Maybe truckers should have separate facilities like the railroaders and the airplane people do. The NJTP made a good start from Exit 8A north with separate truck lanes. Now we gotta expand that concept...
