Ford 3000

Hi, We are looking at a Ford 3000 gas tractor for my son who is in the Navy, he has a 100 acre farm and we are looking for a general farm tractor to cut CRP ground (6ft brush hog?)and use a cultivator and small plow. Found a real clean 3000 gas tractor for $5600, is this a fair price? It has a Ford front endloader, all in great condition. Is this enough tractor to do the work we want? Fair Price? What horsepower is this? new at this and dont want to spend sons money Wrong
