OT- Dove Hunting Fines ?

With all of this talk about seagulls , dove hunting came to mind.

In North Carolina the daily limit on doves is 12 birds.

Does anyone know what the fine is for killing more than the limit ?

I hear tales of guys killing 25 , 30 and even 50 or more birds in a day.

I figure they run their mouths too much and sooner or later will be caught.

Just curious what they will have to pay if the game warden catches them.

I don"t have to worry about killing too many ! Even with too many shells in my gun ! ( $ 125.00 fine but that"s a whole nuther story !)
