RoninAR, I have had Direcway since DirecPC and aside from the weather and static problems with the old system, I have always had a latency problem where you click and it sits there looking at you for sometimes a few seconds before working. When it starts, I have had speeds from 390kbps to 1700kbps. Anyone else had this latency problem???? We are rural with no other broadband options but I got lucky last month! A network guru moved out to our area and was fed up with the options and set up his own wireless tower. No weather problem, no latency problem, a little cereal box size antenna, 700kbps to 1000kbps speeds, a static IP address included and all for $49.00/ month. I am now in heaven!!! ChuckG
