I run a fuel & lube testing lab in the USA
and have encountered a lot of fuel related problems. There are several additive packages that can be used. The fuels going into long term storage ought to be treated for bacterial, detergency and flow improvement characteristics.
Your fuel supplier ought to be able to tell you what they can do for you.
