Yeah... I figured as much. There is a lot of that type of land for sale on ebay. Any chance it would ever be worth anything at all?? My wife and I want 20 - 40 acres to retire on when we get older and so we always have our eyes open. The guy that lives across the street from us is retired and he has mentioned that when he goes his kids will sell the place (about 12 acres). The guy is a fantastic neighbor and a good friend so do not take this the wrong way. I think highly of him. But when the opportunity comes nothing can stop me from buying... :-) With that said I hope the guy is here for another 50 years!! Great guy!! Thanks for all of the feedback guys. Phil
