Case HTO Additive

This product is used in some Case skid steers in the hydraulic system. I have 5 gals of 15-40 motor oil and this product pre mixed that I would like to use as engine oil. Is there anything in this product that would would be bad for the engine ? In the bottle, the HTO smells somewhat like Marvel mystery oil, if that means anything.
