The pin sizes & the width is correct for cat 1.

However, the lower arms are usually bent in around the tires so some equipment will not work properly that normally clamp on to the arms - some cement mixers, sickle mowers, etc.

More importantly, the arms are shorter than on a 'real' tractor, so the arc of movement is shorter to really foul up implements like a post hole digger, and anything with a pto will have shaft length issues.
