John, there must be a lot more to this story. I don't know you,but I do know and respect Vern Otto. Over the last 3 years my son and I have purchased 10 tractors from Vern. We have purchased several on E*BAY,on farm auctions, and private treaty ads. Vern's tractors were the most accurately described. The E*BAY tractors the most inaccurate descriptions. Most of these old low-priced Canadian tractors are for sale for a reason; there is something wrong that is too much trouble and expense for the farmer to fix,or it is on a farm auction, where all the neighbors, dealers, auctioneers and competing jockeys passed on that tractor before it was offered up to the internet audience. If you waited 4 months to haul it,you found that our rapidly weakening dollar and skyrocketing diesel prices doubled the cost of transportation. That isn't Vern's fault. Vern does not deserve to have his character impugned by a cheap shot on a discussion board. Thank you, Joe
