I got the same kind of run around when I asked how to turn one back down. We have had a 4010 for years that dirties the oil and smokes too much. Former owners did a bit of pulling with it we think, it will blow fire out of the exhaust a few inches at night, even with an extention. Sorry I can't help. Ryan
