Starter ring gear needs to be quartered.All 4 cylinder engines always stop in one of two places due to compression,so those two areas on the ring gear get all the wear.Tractor will have to be split, the flywheel removed and the ring gear taken off and turned a quarter of a turn. You might possibly get by with replacing the starter drive gear though.
