First time that I heard OBO means above the asking price. Around here, OBO means that the seller is embarassed at the fact that he wanted what he did for the product and before he ran all the potential buyers off (cause it's priced too high), he'd come down a little.

Agree with first in is first out.$$$$$ talks, rest is just lip flappin.......but I too have attenpted to set up a transaction before, as you gotta have your loot ready and all, and got loplollied by the seller.
