Lubriplate #105 in a tube at the auto parts store. Made for engine rebuilding but is "THE" lube for what you need. Heavier than 140, lighter than grease. Slings, but resists running out. Additionally install a vent in your box so it can't build up pressure. Little handy work with a couple pipe fittings and nipples works. Install in fill plug hole and point it down to keep the rain out. Mark
