Grease or oil in Bushog gearbox?

I have a old 315 flex wing bushog that leaks 85/140w gear oil out of the seals on the gearboxes since i do not have the time to change out seals at this time can i pump the gearboxes full of grease, if so what kind of grease do you reccomend?
