I don't mean to get into your bizzness, but have you asked the fellers on the forum here about the overall feel for the 2010. You may have found a gem, but they get less than rave reviews around here. My cousin that farms next to me has one. He bought it running, but in rough looking condition. He has had a lot of knit-picky trouble with it (I know you'll find some in any brand), but he says he ahs had more than one JD mechanic tell him that the 2010 might well be one of the worst tractors ever made. He says he wouldn't have another one, but his gets the job done. I'm not mechanically familiar enough the the 2010 to tell you anything about that leak. Try posting the question over on the JD board. I've seen a lot of 2010 discussion over there. Mitch
