Search this site as this has been discussed before a lot. I have used a product called Kreem Seal from a motorcycle shop. I comes in a 3 part kit, a strong cleaner,a neutralizer, and the sealer. I dumped about a coffee can full of rust out of a motorcycle tank before using this stuff and its still okay 10 years later.HTH
