Need Help with gas tank rust problem.

Even though we think we have enough removed, it still comes down when we have gas in the tank and stops up the filters in no time at all.

Have seen here before where some of you have coated the inside of your tank with something that coats the rust and doesn't let it out into the gas or filters.

Could you please tell me what the epoxy or whatever it is you use to trap the rust and where I might get it. I have a 46 Farmall A that I love dearly but the filters are clogged in minutes any time I try to run it.
