Castor oil. Also Castrol(tm) Oil started making lube oil based on castor oil years back. Motorcyle racers of two stroke engines are probably familar with it- oil film clings to cylinder walls and pistons, bearings excellent high speed lube. WW1 aircraft used it at high altitudes- it didn't gel like petroleum oil of the time when cold RN..
