Buzzman, I am not familiar with Gateway's Internet service and I don't disagree with you for switching services based upon your experience. However, 400 people lost their jobs 2 months ago here in Harrisburg, PA when Earthlink shipped their jobs to India. I've had good service from my Gateway computers, so I'll continue to purchase them. I'll take your advice and not use their Internet service. But, I'll also avoid Earthlink based upon the way they screwed their employees (my neighbors).
