Do you mean the gearbox grinds when you try to engage a gear or do you mean the clutch on it's own?
Maybe when the previous clutch was changed the driven plate got bent and is dragging?
Is the spigot bearing in the flywheel OK?
These seem to be the only bits you didn't replace!
