I'm sorry but I don't believe that, because almost, if not all the dealers have dynos, and if a new tractor didn't put out atleast what is was supposed to have, they would either have to be fixed by Kubota or be facing lawsuits by many angry owners. There was quite a stir a few years ago when the Ford Mustang Cobra was about 15hp short of what it was supposed to have, and Ford had to do a recall to fix all the affected cars, what had caused the drop in horsepower was because the exaust had been changed midyear.
