bearing undersize

Does anyone know what the crankshaft diameter at the rod bearings, would be for an allis chalmers WD? I am trying to find out so I can mic mine to tell if it is standard or undersized so I can order an overhaul kit. Also would anyone know where I can get about 4 rod bolts. I had to break mine rod bolts off to get the connecting rods loose on two cyclinders. Thanks for the help! Jeff Sadler
