My 850 has 3 rib tractor tires and it doesn't seem too bad....but maybe I'm just used to it. By any chance you don't have a front end loader on that tractor do you? If tractor tires don't improve the steering enough to satisfy you, you have a couple of options, one cheap and the other expensive. The cheap remedy is a necker knob. You'll have to learn to drive with your thumbs outside the rim of the wheel to avoid breaking a thumb when the front wheel hits a big rock or falls in a hole. The expensive fix is to add power steering. Check the link below, but get ready for sticker shock. The really good things cost what they're worth!
