I took an American bolt out and replaced it with Chinese JUNK, you know those bolts that are made from hard butter when that broke I put in another American bolt that matched the one I took out. The reason for the original bolt to break was over load of the feed system. None of which has anything to do with the needles. What i can't figure out is why break one if it hit the ram because it was out of time then both would break wouldn't they.
I'm thinking that maybe it was to tight against the knotter or something got in there and pushed it out because the end piece was on top of the bale shoot. Well when i get another one or fix this one if I can find the missing piece I will be sure to check all the setting before baling.
