Belarus USA went bankrupt several years ago so there are no dealers. They are heavy, crude, hard to shift, but by the same token, reliable, good pullers, no complicated systems and a lot cheaper on the used market than most US stuff. Cabs have heat but no AC. Parts exist but don't expect them to be readily available. My neighbor has one and likes it because of price. He'd rather have a John Deere but can't afford it.
