When changing batteries in parrellel or series always replace all at once, no matter if some test good or not. The batteries will only be charged as good as the weakest one. If one tested good battery only has 80 percent capacity over a new, your new battery will only be kept at 80 percent charge. Use the old good batteries as spares for your single battery machines.
