Not a dumb idea if you like wood interiors, (like me) I built a new house 3 years ago and have over $20K in cabinets, 6 panel doors, moulding and paneling. Keep in mind that if you want to do any welding drywall is better for a fire code. I do looove T-G boards though. Keep us posted with pictures on what you do. That floor looks real nice.
