Grey Tractors/MF/JD/KIOTI

I'm looking at new or newer tractors and noticed that some of the smaller lower end tractors engines are made overseas like MF1230 is made by Iseki,JD790 and JD990 are made by Yanmar.Would they be considered a Grey Tractor.Is Kioti considered a grey tractor.Any advise on choosing a tractor on a 10k budget would be appreciated.I would like to retire my Ford 8N,so something in that size range would be great.
