Our Fords,Fergusons and Farmalls all had throttle linkage set up to where you pulled the throtle handel toward you to speed up the engine. I suppose that makes them grey market tractors. Dont remember how the Cockshutt throttle worked and the on the 706 you pulled the throttle handle down to increase the engine speed.
