I cant see shooting someone for trespassing unless they are vandalizing and stealing. Can you imagine killing a 18 year old kid for trespassing, I would assume that even in Texas that the Jury would be simpathetic to the parents of that 18 year old and you would get prison time. I dont have a problem with shooting the ATV machine when the guy is off of it, just blast the instument panel with buckshot and oops the ATV is inoperable.
