There is something I can't quite understand about the "State owned animals". If the state truely owns the animals then why don't they pay for the damages the animal does just like the average guy who's animals cause damage to someone else? Such as when they run into your vehicle or eat your crops. Or if the state does not accept that responsibility then shouldn't the animals that feed off your land actually belong to you and therefore be delt with as you see fit? I know we live in the best country in the world and there are many who don't even dare dream of the freedoms we have but, seems like the Government putting itself above the laws it levys on everone else.
