I have a Farmall M that badly needs a new set of rear tires. I was thinking about Firestone traction field and road or possibly a Titan. I think they are about the same price, but the titan is 6 plys the firestone is 4. Should i go with the firestone becuase it is a well recognized name, or the titan becuase it has 2 extra plies? the tractor is a working tractor and does everything from raking hay to plowing and disking. I was also thinking of changing from 13.6x38 to 14.9X38. Is it ok to put the 14.9x38 tires on the factory 12" rim? And will the bigger tire pull any better or should i stay with the original? Thanks for you help!!!
