Curing Diesel Goop

My MF255 tank has so much rust, sediment and goop, it has clogged up everything. Cleaned injectors and lines, removed tank, rinsed w/ gas. If I put the tank back on it still has alot of the same sedimentary crap in it so I put 2lbs 10D nails, a chain and a master lock in it, strapped down to a pickup bed and gonna drive around for two weeks to scour the tank and then shake it out. My neighbor said there is an epoxy like substance that you can pour in the tank and it will solidify around all the rust and sediment. Anyone know what this product is? Thanks much all.
