Do you take down payments???

Do you guys take down payments on tractor? Seems
like everytime I take a down payment the guy either wants his money back,or you have to hunt
him down to get him to pick the tractor up.They
say in a week or two and a month later the tractor
is still setting here.I've had two people last year who left $100 deposits and never came back.
I got 100 bucks,but it cost more than that to
resell it.I usually say I don't take payments,
all or nothing,and I've had a few people leave.
Guess they didn't have the money to start with.
