I agree with JMS; a manual will help you to better understand your tractor's operation and aid in proper maintenance. In the meantime, there are 3 drain plugs for the transmission, hand clutch and differential. One is at the bottom of the PTO housing, one under the tranny and one under the diff. There are two fill plugs, one in front of and one in back of the clutch lockout latch. You must use both when refilling these areas which take a total of 17 Qts of 80EP gear oil. The hydraulic system fill is the one with the dipstick, ahead of the other pipe plugs. Hydraulic oil must not be allowed to go below the low mark on the dipstick with the rams fully extended. There is a magnetic drain plug beneath the housing and to completely drain the system, you must also remove the small drain plug under the hydraulic control housing. Book calls for 6 Qts. of 20W non-detergent motor oil but most people use a modern hydraulic oil. Again, take JMS's advice and get a manual.
