Beach Tractor

Greetings, looking for coments on the best
tractor for launching small boats on a
sand/gravel beach in sheltered saltwater.
Dual wheels? 4X4 or crawler? under 25hp...
what precautions? The boats are small <
3000lbs, using standard boat trailers. I have
checked some of the Japanese surplus
sources here in Washington State.( Puget
Sound). I wouldn't want to ruin a nice old timer
in such conditions. Thanks dae
