Hi- reliability Good Parts Supply

I know very little about tractors & ain't got a lot of money either. I was looking to find either a Farmall M or Super H, Allis Chalmers WD-45 or D-17, or perhaps a John Deere model 70. Any idea which has the toughest drive train and minimal breakdowns? How are the above for finding new replacement parts.
