Belt hp is less than engine hp because of the loss of power through the drive system (gears). Pto is less yet because the power has to go though more gears(Belt power is usually withdrawn forward of the pto system). Drawbar hp will be even less because of the transmission, differential, and final drives. Bushel is a measure of volume, so a standard measurement of ear corn is 70 lbs, while shelled corn is 56 pounds.
