Some one care to elaborate on "taxable" horsepower? Or better yet how about PTO/Belt versus drawbar horsepower? And when is a bushel not a bushel as in the weight on shelled corn versus ear corn? Of course all the horsepower in the world is useless if you can't access it. Like planting Olivers or my 16 Horsepower VAC dragging my neighbor's 100 horsepower sporty car out of the mud.
