All I know is that it happens very quickly. I am able to communicate with my wife and kids over the internet with both voice and video using Eyeball Chat. The video is kinda choppy and there is a slight delay when talking, but that's better than paying crazy amounts of money for phone calls from where I am. As far as I'm concerned, AT&T is gouging G.I.s trying to keep in touch with their families. When I called home with a $20 AT&T phone card, I was informed I had 4 minutes remaining. Five bucks a minute? I believe I'll call them on that when I get home.
