People who back out of deals!!!!!!

Whats with these yuppies,they buy a tractor,I tell
people it's sold,and you don't here from them
again,or they email a week later they changed
there minds.That makes 3 times in the last 4
months,I told the last guy "This isn't walmart,
you bought it it's yours". I quit taking down
payments for the same reason,the type of people
who want to send a down payment usually back out,
want there money back,or expect you to hold it
for 6 months (they tell you a couple weeks) until
they get the money.I like the old farmer types,
they always come through and keep there word.
