I read in the paper a few days ago a farmer in nothern Calif. was fined five hundred thousand dollars for not getting a permit, to plow his own new ground. Plus the money,he has to restore part of it back to origional. A few years back a farmer had his tractor taken by a gov. agency for running over, and killing a endangered rat. The tree huggers are taking over here, in calif. The storms start in the west and head east, your state could be next.
