Which Tractor?

I work at a small Bible college in S. Kansas City. We are needing a tractor capable of handling a 6 foot finish mower and with a loader for loading our sand spreader which is on the back of a 1 ton pickup. I know there are all kinds of tractors out their but, we are a private college and will only have around $4,500.00 ready cash to spend. Will this buy anything capable of our needs?
