My experience has been that the Yuppies buy new JD and Kubota compacts. I also get really tired of people always being told that they need a live PTO when they don't - all you need to brush-hog is an over-running coupler. The only real bad point the N's have is the lack of live hydraulics, and that was fixed in the Jubilees. Their big advantage is parts availability - try getting something for your fancy new JD on a Sunday ! If he wants a good loader he should get a skid-steer.
