You want live pto, wide front, and a 3-point. Probably 30-50 hp? You should be able to find something for your money that fills the bill. Dealers & such will ask more, but auction sales or private sales you could find what you need. I'd look for a color of tractor that is popular in your area, an IH or Oliver of the late '60s is ofen a good machine with a lower price, but I'd want people & parts around to maintain & fix it. JD is often a little more money, and Ford will have good loader tractors near your price range. --->Paul
