Old diesel motor?

I have an oliver 77 that belonged to my Grandpa. He used to tractor pull it. It has a diesel motor in it, however i can find out what kind of motor
it is. The casting numbers on the block are
166425a
221620
7299
They are stamped in that order. Does anyone know what type of motor it is?
