Customer tilling and rotary cutting.

I am thinking abou tting business. Wondering what size of rovator and rotary cutter is best. I would like a howard rovator. From your experience, how busy are you doing this. I live by a city of 10k people and other small towns of 1k in a 20 mile radius. I am bored and like tractors, I would like to break even at least. Also anyone know anything about a HR7 howard rovator.
